Pros
- Wonderful people throughout the organization with high integrity and respect for each other. Everyone is open and friendly, so it's easy to learn and grow both personally and professionally. - The compensation and benefits are world-class. A company that truly believes in investing in their associates. Two generous bonuses and a 15 percent retirement plan contribution. - A successful and growing company! You have a sense of pride working for a company that has and continues to outperform. Even for a 90-year-old company, there is still a priority for growth and innovation. - A global presence with so many career opportunities.
Cons
- Currently, no full-time remote positions available - Meeting heavy organization

Cons
you gotta work very hard
- Current Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
good location and office is quite fancy
Cons
So many night calls So many meetings They will force you to speak more in the meeting Don't join this company if you are introvert Your manager will share your personal things in public meetings, no privacy at all The management always feel like this company is the best among the industry, but actually they are not Medical/dental not good enough Low salary increment They said they offered higher salary than usual company, but this is actually because the super heavy workload here They try hard to build a "good" culture, but actually they dont really care what is "good" in employee's mind. Force people to join so many meetings all the time even when you have a lot of work to do People here are the super hypocritical everyone pretend to be nice in front of you as they want to get a good result from peer evaluation. Worst company i have ever worked on

Pros
Strong company culture, generous compensation & benefits, kind & smart people This is my first director role. I have had nothing but a positive experience, and the Executive Director has always been helping us to advance our career and grow as a young professional. The company truly looks out for the well-being of their employees (training plan, flexible work schedules and their response to COVID-19).
Cons
I am happy to say no
- Current Employee, more than 10 years★★★★★
Pros
Good culture, respectful colleagues, nice work environment.
Cons
Not a meritocracy, management are out of touch and only care about managing upwards and lining their own pockets.

Pros
Work life balance is a respected value throughout company. An inclusive company and embraces diversity. I would recommend to people who are happy with stability.
Cons
This company is backwards. There are a lot of people who work here for an extended period of time and while it is an indicator that it may be a good place to work at, it also means you are left with employees who are now in senior positions purely based on tenure rather than capability. There is no concept of meritocracy. What thus ends up happening is folks in leadership positions who have no idea or vision on how things should actually operate. Inefficiencies are a common occurrence. Lastly, the divide between investment people and the rest of the company is also extremely wide; essentially it is a company filled with people who considers themselves the elites versus the rest who overwork themselves to meet their extraordinary demands.
