Pros
Excellent benefits and packages offered - although admin assistant salaries on the lower side. Strong leadership (generally) and they made a genuine effort to find people who would keep this culture alive. Marketing/Distribution a much more friendly atmosphere to work in. Investment Group managers brilliant at what they do but terrible at interacting with other colleagues.
Cons
Could be US Centric at times. Sadly the promotions do not always go to the right people. One unprofessional HR Manager who is now a Senior Manager was viscous and riddled with insecurity. She had some strengths but was generally unprofessional and barely disguised her disdain of anyone not from a white, British background.
