Regarding promotions, we run two promotion cycles per year and individuals who have been performing at the next level for a sustained period can be considered for promotion. There is a clear assessment process and criteria for promotions which is shared with all employees. Capco has a wide portfolio of prestigious clients and projects offering a variety of career opportunities. After a period of unprecedented levels of demand, the demand for consulting services has moderated somewhat due to the current economic climate. As a result, we have offered voluntary, short-term sabbaticals and voluntary redundancy to a limited number of employees in the UK. That being said, employee engagement remains high, and attrition has decreased.
