Thank you for sharing your review – it’s great to hear your positive feedback on compensation and work life balance as well as the opportunity to socialize with your colleagues. Regarding your comments on performance assessment, the main driver of an individual’s ratings and compensation is performance in their core role. We’re proud of the fact that we formally recognise and reward broader contributions to Capco (or as we call it, Community), but this has significantly less influence than ‘core’ performance.
