Capco operates as a true meritocracy – people are reviewed for promotion every 6 months, and can be promoted quickly based on their talent and ability. We have a robust performance management process alongside a coaching network to ensure that each individual is fairly represented in a roundtable process and consideration is given to individual achievements. The process also enables us to benchmark individuals against their peers to ensure a fair assessment.
Regarding work life balance, while consulting is not a 9-5 job in any professional services organization, we do actively promote this. If employees are asked to work longer hours or overtime, the project managers work with their team members to ensure they are supported to manage a balanced workload.

We do encourage all employees to raise any specific issues or concerns as they arise through one of the many support channels we have in place including HR, Coaches, Managers and Partners.
