Run away from this company - Analyst CW Group Employee Review

Awful working conditions and no benefits. No formal contract and you will be working as a freelancer, having to pay your own taxes. Also you will be charged with the cost of the bank transfer of your own salary. Super disrespectful director, expect working extra unpaid hours to be the standard ( usually working 12+ hours per day) and working on holidays (without earning extra). Salary can sometimes be paid late. Toxic envorinment. Small company (only 7 people work at the company) with a start-up mindset, although the company is 15+ old. No work-life balance.
