Awful working conditions and highly toxic environment – people pretend that they are nice in the first couple of days, then you find out that no one at all is nice at that company (lots of unnecessary gossip and backstabbing happens there). No benefits at all - you are hired as an independent contractor just so they don't pay taxes, being in charge even of the monthly bank transfer with your payment. You will be almost forced (because it’s not politely requested or given any benefit/credit afterwards) to work past 6, sometimes leading to almost 12 hours of work per day, if not even during the weekends with no extra payment. No holidays can be taken through the year - if the "so called" Manager decides to give you some kind of break (they will call you in the mid of the afternoon saying "you can take the rest of the day, if you finish your tasks" like it’s a good thing and an advantage. Horrible management not only of the team but also of the projects. They have most impossible deadlines, with no planning at all – someone missed their “project management” classes. I even wonder how they manage to have actual clients. No training at all for new members of the team – its almost like they need to beg the receive instructions or they have to enter in the “figure it out” mode to later be humiliated if they do things wrong.
