Pros

There is very little work drama which is definitely a plus. The people are for the most part very nice.

Cons

Even though people are nice it is a very clicky work environment and if you aren’t part of a group it is very easy to feel left out and alone.

We understand the challenge of getting to know others in your office location, especially during this time while most of us are working remotely. That's why CHA offers programs such as our Mentoring program and the Accelerator program. These programs make it possible to form relationships with others across the company, regardless of geography or department. We believe that building relationships within and across organizational and geographic boundaries benefits all of us!

Pros

Life Insurance, 401K match and benefits.

Cons

At Javan I was a person and treated with understanding and empathy. When Javan became CHA I became a number on a spreadsheet! No matter how good you are at your job, you are expendable!!! Subpar onboarding when given a new position. Upper management has a cut-throat leadership style which does not promote trust and teamwork. PTO is not awarded or structured by employee longevity but only by position held in the company which is terrible.
