Awful company to work for - Office Worker CFH Clearing Employee Review

- Great people - Fancy office

- Very poor benefits and perks scheme - Top Management - Poor, dis-organised bonus program - Since the acquisition (2016) the management can overrun those in key positions - Substandard travel arrangements when travelling on business - Actual project management is non-existent, 2/3 people actually control the prioritization of proposed projects - Current CEO is not respected by many, creating an awkward dynamic

it was a great team to work with, flat organization, people are friendly and willing to share knowledge

there is nothing really to say about the downside working there, only thing could be mentioned might be the working shift as would need one person to cover the overnight time before Asia team kicks in.
