Nice employees below the senior team

By far one of the worst companies I've ever worked for. Employees constantly being micro managed or just ignored. No development offered and benefits are poor! Don't think about working for this organisation if you have family commitments. Women treated poorly!!

it was a great team to work with, flat organization, people are friendly and willing to share knowledge
Cons
there is nothing really to say about the downside working there, only thing could be mentioned might be the working shift as would need one person to cover the overnight time before Asia team kicks in.
