If you've read the previous reviews, the are 100% accurate . CDP was recently acquired by a private equity firm and has two company-wide reorgs in the past few years, resulting in around 20% of colleagues to be laid off.
Many of us have accepted lower salaries because we believed in the orgs mission and the positive impact of its work. Meanwhile, senior leadership continues to receive very substantial compensation packages, often exceeding $500K.
With this recent sale, there is considerable uncertainty about what lies ahead. Many employees are concerned about further org changes, additional cost-cutting measures, and the possibility of future redundancies. While nobody can predict exactly what will happen, morale has been significantly affected by the level of uncertainty.
