      Pros

      The hiring process was fairly quick and straight forward.

      Cons

      Sign on bonus is actually a retention bonus. More concerned with filling positions than with filling positions with qualified people. Management OCONUS is a mixed bag of competent individuals-either great or horrendous. Approach to management is extremely underhanded. They will often say one thing while doing another to avoid conflict. Issues are not addressed directly.

      Pros

      The "unlimited" FTO is the leader of the pros. Then the leadership has been mostly great and accommodating in allowing you to take time off. There are also plenty of opportunities to learn and grow. There is also the work. Its is very interesting work for specific customers and seeing your part get implemented into a larger project has been rewarding. The team is also great. Everyone is friendly and genuinely cares.

      Cons

      The big Con like many project oriented Gov contractors is that "everything" becomes priority and it can be difficult to stay on track as well as not get in the way of other teams.
