Pros

Business Systems is a rapidly expanding with excellent leadership. I have been able to push myself and develop whilst always feeling supported and able to enjoy what i do at the same time. Easily the best company I have worked for my an absolute country mile!

Cons

It can be hard to keep track of all the changes going on. However employees are listened to and changes are and will continue to be made. Director level and senior management levels are very in touch with keeping a great culture. Adam Kantor is a great CEO and has built a fantastic team around him.
