Pros

-AMAZING HEALTH BENEFITS -Christmas bonus -Business Casual attire - no set uniform -Very kind Business Office Manager -Somewhat rewarding

Cons

-Dealing with many rude and condescending seniors and their families (the clients) -Having coworkers with weaker skills or who are newer making more than you -It could easily get busy and sometimes moderately stressful -Consistent phone ringing -Leadership avoiding the clients' phone calls and you end of being the punching bag for complaints out of your control -They don't want you to leave the front desk but have many tasks that require you to be away from the front desk. Management says they'll sit in for you, but don't.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear you’ve enjoyed the benefits, bonus program, and support from your Business Office Manager. We also appreciate your feedback. We understand how demanding front desk roles can be, and your concerns around coverage, workload, and communication from leadership are important. We are always working to improve the associate experience. If you’re open to it, we encourage you to reach out to Vicki White, Director of Employee Relations, at (410) 962-0595 to share more. Thank you again for your feedback.
