You have a boss who encourages working from whichever continent you want to be in as long as the work is done. If you're just starting your career in digital marketing and you have a passion and willingness to work for it, you'll have a team of experts who will guide you. Cons
Remote work has its perks, and challenges. One of the challenges about fully remote work is getting used to the fact that you don't have someone beside you to solve an issue, ask a question, look for solutions on the spot, go for quick coffee etc. Nothing bad really! Just needs getting used to. Besides, we sometimes meet to work together!
