Pros
A place to go for if you want to grow your career in digital marketing. Management talks straight, no BS. Sometimes can be blunt, but i prefer this over other corporate culture where there's a lot of beating around the bush. They also have brew academy, where i learned new stuff too. They also expect you to contribute so the calls are not monotonous.
Cons
Some parts of the job can be challenging. You must really know how to work remotely

Pros
Pay is fair, management are great leaders, colleagues are all competent at what they do, and the WFH culture is awesome. If you like a flexible working environment and have good work ethics, this is the place for you.
Cons
More games to play with the colleagues so we can get to know one another better outside of work!
