Decent pay for a call center

Cons

Horrible training. Ridiculous 100% Attendance Policy. Employees can request to end their shifts early EVERYDAY. Dealing with entitled customers who don't pay their bills and scream at you until you waive the late fees.

You’ll learn a lot because you will be exposed to a lot of work in short amount of time.

Cons

No employee support You're just a number, not a person If you're not of a certain race, "forget about it"
