Well, there's a reason these reviews sound the same.
No employee benefits, no 401k, no healthcare, no process for expense reimbursement (on personal credit cards), etc. To make matters worse, no HR department, no payroll department, no finance department, and no one to discuss anything with, except the person who can hire and fire.
Travel is a mess. No process. We got asked to travel at the last minute and hotel rooms weren't booked until hours after we landed (at the hotel tonight). We would beg for our hotel accommodations, and waited hrs to receive. It was so unnecessary. I hated traveling under those conditions.
Overt favoritism was rampant. I'd never seen anything like it. The rules were different for everyone.
