Easy, no formal process. You will meet with a few people and answer basic interview questions. The CEO is the final interview and it's really more about whether or not he likes you and a good word was put in for you.

Interview
There were three and a half interviews spaced out over a month. They were all very informal, friendly, and a total waste of time. The CEO was late to his interviews, often with little or no communication in advance.
