      Pros

      One of the standout aspects of working here is the leadership training. These sessions are not only fun but also packed with valuable insights and knowledge. You’ll find yourself learning a lot, especially from the experienced and approachable leadership team. This is a growing company, which means there are endless opportunities to learn and develop your skills.

      Cons

      Many of the processes could be streamlined and improved. This can sometimes slow down work and make things a bit frustrating.

      Pros

      Fast hiring process and that’s it

      Cons

      They will prioritize their clients over their employees. Meaning, if ever an investigation was launched against you. They wouldn’t bother to hear your side and just deem you guilty of the things that clients accused you of. Slow response time from superiors. After separation, they don’t even give you confirmation regarding your exit process.
