      You know something must be wrong when the pay employees $25 Amazon Gift Cards to leave good reviews on here. Senior management does not care about management in any restaurant other than Cincinatti. No training for managers whatsoever so what do you expect

      The management only does not care about normal restaurant processes. They make enough money to survive so they dont care about their employees. Also like I said it speaks words about a company that bribes employees to give $25 Amazon gift cards to leave a good review on Glassdoor...

      Your coworkers are nice, and the job itself is not too difficult - great for entry into restaurant work.

      Cons

      Management can sometimes work against you for the sake of the customer, and do sometimes not work with one another for a goal, leading to communication difficultues.
