Boca Restaurant Group interview questions

I had my interview with the executive chef. They were very professional and polite. During the interview they asked me questions in order to determine my level of experience, skill, and gauge how I would fit in with their current team.

Since being hired and working closely with the team, we are very detailed and particular with who we bring onto the team, we want the right fit. With that being said, I went through about 3 interviews, one on the phone and two in person. Each interview I had the opportunity to explain my experience and what I was looking for next in my career. I was comfortable throughout the whole process and enjoyed meeting other team members along the way.
