Pros
- Fantastic work/life balance - you don't feel like you need to work long hours to "keep up" with other teammates etc. - Lots of ownership in your work, and management is pretty hands off - Opportunities to grow and move around the company; everyone is very approachable if you have questions etc - People who work here want to work here (a reason why the hiring process is more in-depth) - Active diversity and inclusion groups to support employees and host events - Executive Leadership host Office Hours and are pretty candid about what is happening around the company - Company is working to improve benefit packages
Cons
- HR is spread thin trying to expand the company, so hiring people for your team is slower - Definitely can have a "start-up" vibe in terms of lack of processes (but people are open to establishing processes at least)
