Pros
Singular focus on incremental progress towards enabling safe and economical access to space. Minimal bureaucracy, maximal funding for the best ideas. World class scientists, engineers, and astronauts to work with.
Cons
Communication is sometimes lacking, resulting in working in circles. Location in industrial park and isolated test site, far from good neighborhoods / school districts means long commutes for many. (Not anyone's fault... can't build/fly rockets in suburbs)
