Pros
Pay, that's about it, the whole corporate culture is broken. I've never been in a place with so many people off on work related stress.
Cons
Long hours, unfeeling staff and superiors. Ridiculous expectations. Understaffed. Inflexible. Geckology writ large. And it's getting worse somehow, American labour laws maybe creeping in. No job security.
