Pros
No investment in people has created a senior management team based on tenure rather than skill. No strategic technology thinking has created a culture of band aid solutions
Cons
A 9000 person company with processes and attitudes more akin to a Mom and Pop store. If you are not in the NY HQ then you might as well not exist since all decisions are made there. Really, just not a nice place to work!
