Pros
Reality is in the name of diversity girls get promoted early and males get late promotion even if the male doing quite well compared to female.
Cons
They take students from campus and randomly allocate to different teams evem without looking at their background. Some fresher grad with b.tech got accounting role while someone from commerce with CA/CFA + accounting/finance workex got into operational role. Someone with specialization in business analytics got a role where his skills were not utilised whlie someone who were not having analytics as they were not interested in that area , those got analytical role. It shows that hr not even had a look at CV once , before allocating fresh mba grads to different teams. They hired around 100 people , it will not take more than 3-4 hours to just go through 100 CV once and allocate them as per their past work ex (pre mba) & their specialasation. This could spoil someone's career by just throwing them to a work profile which is not of their interest..
