Professionals hired with experience vs recruited Analysts not treated the same regarding upward mobility and job growth. Recruited Analysts will be "fast tracked" for promotion (averaging a promotion every two years) where professionals hired as Associates/Vice Presidents will take 2x to 3x as long to be promoted.
