Pros

A check and benefits Fto

Cons

Micromanagement No work to life balance ALOT of meetings- so many meetings makes it difficult to balance workload because your constantly in meetings Commute- the move to new location was hard on alot of employees. It was only one shuttle that ran from the Marta station to the office. No transparency from manager and impersonal with her team. It was hard building a work relationship especially with a manager that tries from the first month to get you fired. Manager lied about WFH. Told that we would have the opportunity to WFH at least twice a week, that was not true. Lacking diversity(even with them moving the tech hub to Atlanta) and once hired you are treated horribly(to the point even where they try to fire you) and as a number. They at first pushed for diversity but then that went away. Bad management Filling a calendar with meetings doesnt equal a good manager Manager over department was clueless on other areas and projects that we were supporting majority of the time. Manager was combative Low pay for position No one wants to take ownership for the areas that they specialize in. No learning opportunities or opportunities for advancement I was at a senior level in my past positions and put in a role that was a huge step back in my career and doing the role of 2 or more employees.

Pros

decent pay and good name drop to add to your experience and resume

Cons

everything!! since this was a contract role I was brought in to complete a project with 0 leadership or direction. I was left to figure out everything completely on my own from finding a computer and a desk and a phone to figuring out who to contact in India etc to help me revamp the entire global website on the backend. I literally had to show up to work everyday at least an hour early so that I could possibly try to find a open desk sometimes I had to work on the floor or find somewhere in the lunchroom I could set up in the corner this went on for over a month.
