- focusing on becoming be the biggest of all, WAY TOO GREEDY - Great salaries and bonus for the great top few. - lots of opportunity for women - well respect - good name in resume
Cons
- 99.99 % of employees are white, African Americans only at the administrated assistant levels. - almost impossible to move within departments. - Moving way too many jobs overseas. if promoted, the compensation increment may a be liability, not worth it. - it is a total SWEAT SHOP - not life balance at all. rather bring new employees from the outside than promoting from within.
