Pros
Great group of people. They work really well together, and have a lot of fun. They are constantly trying to improve their technology are always willing to try out new things. It keeps things interesting and motivates you to try to find something new. Fringe benefits and bonuses are great. They offer a lot of little things that help take the edge off of stressful days. Owners are great, and willing to hear out little problems from anyone. There isn't any crazy hierarchy that you have to push your issues or questions through different people. You can go to one of the owners directly and talk about what you need.
Cons
Days can be long and stressful. When things break or go wrong you're expected to resolve it right away, and not stop until it's done. That can make things stressful, but depending on the type of person you are that can be an exciting challenge.
