Pros
I think my overall experience at BitMEX was that it was a great place to work and the people were genuinely nice and engaging. The staff was comprised of many talented individuals from the various teams.
Cons
The changes in the crypto market definitely impacted the staffing levels and hard decisions had to be made with regard to office closures and staff retention. I think many of those choices should have been done with better consideration for the long term health of the business
