Pros

There are no pros in the

Cons

This organization is not at all genuine. They have robbed the content some where from abroad & created this crime. People mentioned on their website are not at all a part of the company & content creators. They have just highlighted to show how big the company is. Currently there are only approx 20 people in the company. Remaining approx 15 teachers are part time workers & paid accordingly. This organization is fooling schools by providing foreign content instead of Indian content. They hire less experienced corporate trainers/home tution teachers & give to schools telling these are our highly experienced teachers. When school complains those people are not teachers, they replace with another some experienced trainer & fool schools. There is no outcome from the program. COO Atul Chugh does fake comittments to employees. Many ex employees & B2C parents are chasing him for their FNF/On line classes fees.

Pros

Immediate colleagues were great, the work environment within our individual team was very supportive and conducive

Cons

Due to major upheaval in the team, many team members chose to move on as they did not resonate anymore with the product they were working on. Almost none of the ex-employees have received their FNF. Some of these are employees who quit the organisation at least 4-5 months ago. The standard TAT for FNF settlement in any organisation is normally 45 days and that is what was told to us but in reality that doesn’t seem to be the case. Apart from that, even while being a part of the organisation, salaries for contractual employees often came 2-3 weeks later, sometimes not at all for the month and directly in the next month, TDS was being cut for salaries that weren’t even taxable, promised reimbursements would randomly not be disbursed. Lack of transparency and valid explanations for the same.
