Pros

Immediate colleagues were great, the work environment within our individual team was very supportive and conducive

Cons

Due to major upheaval in the team, many team members chose to move on as they did not resonate anymore with the product they were working on. Almost none of the ex-employees have received their FNF. Some of these are employees who quit the organisation at least 4-5 months ago. The standard TAT for FNF settlement in any organisation is normally 45 days and that is what was told to us but in reality that doesn’t seem to be the case. Apart from that, even while being a part of the organisation, salaries for contractual employees often came 2-3 weeks later, sometimes not at all for the month and directly in the next month, TDS was being cut for salaries that weren’t even taxable, promised reimbursements would randomly not be disbursed. Lack of transparency and valid explanations for the same.

Pros

Some managers are great individuals who have a lot to teach you and guide you through. Colleagues are great.

Cons

The founders, Payal and Atul are not employee friendly in the very least. They don't even try to pretend like they care. They have flat out lied and reneged on promises made at the time of joining. There are no Saturdays off and some Sundays are working too. With no bonus pay at all. The variable component of my salary is not available to me at all. I was promised that it would be a quarterly release but that has been reneged.

Pros

The salary is decent for a teaching role.

Cons

No structure, no support, and absolutely no job security. You’re expected to do everything on your own without any guidance. Leadership is weak and unprofessional. People are fired without notice or reason. Felt unvalued despite giving my best.
