nice ppl to work for. almost all dedicated runs. entry level work. easy dispatch, ive spent weeks not talking to dispatch receiving my loads by people net. small company , everyone knows everyone.
Cons
small company, extremely high health costs. high deductibles. low pay scale. mostly older trucks . many many with well over a million miles. business is ran by bean counters non with trucking experience. all watching the profit margin. high turnover rate . company puts the driver second and their pockets first. company takes the view that the driver is either at fault or wrong in every situation, will not defend their own.
