almost non existant. same as the average company.seemed like a good place to work and it was 15 years ago. but as time went by they refused to help the driver keep up with the cost of living. that's what drove me to start applying for other jobs. ive talked to two drfferent companies on my first day of job hunting both have family insurance for about 200 a month. bestways insurance is over 800 a month with an extremely high deductible. bestway will cancel runs without an attempt to compensate the driver yet they will explain that they need to hold you in place for the next load. also no holliday pay.
