Our talent strategy is to promote our internal talent and create new opportunities for the outstanding talent we already have. While these next few years will be challenging, we have a tremendous opportunity in front of us to bring three major development programs to market – something that is unheard of in our industry, yet together we are doing it. We are executing to our schedules and are making tremendous progress on each of these programs.
