Great company to work for and access to leadership and product development

Needs to update health insurance to the region.

median income is mid 6 figures, good vacation and average benefits.

i don't make ANYTHING close to median here. There is little to no chance to move up at this company. they promise and promote different openings but i've applied to close to 10 other jobs and there is ALWAYS some excuse why i cannot get promoted. Product quality is always slipping here as well.
