Pros

During my time at the company, I experienced a highly micromanaged work environment that made it difficult to perform independently or feel trusted in my role. Decision-making authority was limited, and constant oversight created unnecessary stress. I also faced uncomfortable interactions with certain colleagues that made the workplace feel unwelcoming. When I raised concerns and stood up for myself, the situation escalated rather than being addressed constructively. Instead of receiving support from management, I felt targeted and pressured, which ultimately led to my resignation. In my experience, there was a lack of psychological safety and insufficient HR intervention when workplace concerns were raised. I would encourage leadership to focus on improving management practices, fostering inclusivity, and ensuring fair treatment for all employees. Pros: Exposure to international operations. Cons: Micromanagement, lack of support when raising concerns,

Cons

Pros

Good business model, business leaders are great and they know to run the show.

Cons

The culture has been impacted a lot for the last 1 year or more. Worst HR policies, - no work from anywhere policy, no stability, no trust and the growth is questioned. They will make sure that your career is been compromised and bring people from outside for more money. The culture of the company cannot go down than what it is in 2026. Managers have become micro managerial and make you feel less empowered in your role. Leadership changes are constant and the company has adapted hire and fire culture. Employees go through grind when the company really needs them and their extra hours, but when the employee asks for levy at some point then the company rules and regulations pop up. No courtesy or humility left.
