      Employees are willing to help each other out. In addition to that, employees are treated with respect and compensated well for their hard work and effort.

      Cons

      It's difficult to get management on your side that is willing to go up and bat for you. Also, it takes a while to move up within the company.

      Pros

      The health benefits are phenomenal, but they are a closed network, limited to Banner Health providers and chosen community providers. Compensation will always be on the lower end due to being not-for-profit.

      Cons

      Regarding IT efficiency, they are behind. Processes are archaic and manual due to lack of up to date IT programs. Their systems do not talk to each other, and there are workarounds for everything.
