Pros

There’s a strong focus on keeping employees happy. Managers care about the staff's well-being and work-life balance. Team members are supportive and friendly. Many employees have been with the company for years, which says something about the culture. All in all, if you’re willing to learn, managers will notice and reward your effort.

Cons

Occasional stressful days and tight deadlines

Pros

A lot of activity throughout the shift. Warehouse crew where people get along well and work together to get the job done. Better communication between supervisors and employees than at my previous job. Gaining confidence and experience in preparation for bigger things down the line.

Cons

Short-staffed shifts mean more work for everybody.

Pros

The trucks were mechanically sound, and the team was generally easy to get along with.

Cons

- I arrived on day one with absolutely no onboarding, no written materials, and no explanation of routes or systems. - The first weeks were spent scrambling to piece together basic information that should have been covered before I ever started. - There was no clear instruction on safety procedures, dispatch operations, or routing, leaving me to figure everything out by observation alone. - Early mistakes were unavoidable because proper training was never provided, only trial-and-error learning. - Ongoing issues kept occurring because essential processes were never explained up front. - Once I was on the road, there was no real mentoring, oversight, or support system in place.
