Pros
Company is open to continuing education and advancing your skill set. Very flexible when it comes to performing your job in a way that lets you be creative as long as the end result is positive. You are treated well by superiors and are not overly strict if time schedule needs to be adjusted to get better performance from a product. Company is not afraid to spend money when new tooling or supplies are needed.
Cons
Poor communication of low/middle management. Communication breakdown between departments that need to work together is common. Pre-established order of who moves up, who doesn't that is not related to performance, but to personality and image. Hands off approach of management that spurs creativity also can create laziness in some who will do minimal work.
