Pros
Startup culture provides valuable experience and exposure. Not much bureaucracy, easy access to senior management.
Cons
Lousy regional leadership that has a proclivity to slander and discredit past and current employees. Resorts to dirty tactics such as spreading lies about the competition and issuing baseless legal threats against the competitors in order to stifle competition instead of competing fairly based on merits. Poor handling of partners and customers leading to many disgruntled customers that chose to abandon BTI as their solution of choice.
