BTI Systems interview questions

Through the Executive Team, present attributes of the supply chain of what needed to be improved and areas that were running well that needed to be enhanced. Final interview held with VP HR and CEO (decision makers).

I interviewed first with the CEO 3 times over the phone, Then I flew into Ottawa in and interviewed with entire leadership team and would be peers, in a day long marathon. I then followed back up with phone interviews with the CEO. I also talked with an investor, and met with a sales leader separately. An offer was made and the terms negotiated before I accepted the position and signed a contract.. The whole process took about 3 weeks start to finish. Overall it was a great experience.
