Pros
I enjoy working on a variety of different projects that challenge me in new ways. They took me on as an intern in the summer after my junior year of university, then when school started back up, they hired me on as a full employee, even before receiving my degree. There are regular one-on-ones with my manager to discuss my career goals and discuss how I can achieve them. I feel valued and trusted and like I have a future here. Questions are always welcomed, lots of friendly coworkers, a nice, new office, and fulfilling work make this a great place to learn and grow.
Cons
Lots of the management have too much to handle, so sometimes details slip through the cracks. This also means that they are not as available for questions, meetings, etc. The company is in the process of a restructuring that will hopefully alleviate this, but for the time being it does create some issues. The executives are in the same situation, and anything that needs executive committee approval will take a very long time to go through. Great people all around, but not enough of them to cover the required workload.
