BOCCARD interview questions

Cold called me for the first round interview, so was naturally put on the spot. A bit unprofessional, as people work full time, and don’t think about competencies of the job they applied for 2 weeks ago. Got to final round, which was in person, which is fine, but the interviewer, who was the line manager, was really unorganised, didn’t ask any meaningful questions, just asked around my CV. Seemed keen, but never got back to me about the outcome of the interview, and it’s been over a month. Very unprofessional, think I dodged a bullet
