      Promotions unclear and not linked to qualification or experience; few females in real leadership (partners, management board); Behavior of supervisors is questionable (problems are shifted to other people instead of being solved)

      Strong team culture and they offered great flexibility throughout the internship.

      Pros

      Really liked the people I worked with and the culture in the office

      Cons

      Teams were pressured to move more and more work to BDO Rise, which left our staff struggling to get hours and some were assigned to other teams outside of our office. Hard to motivate staff and train staff when they felt like they were replaceable and had no ownership over their work/teams
