Pros
- Generally good to work with colleagues who are willing to help you through the steep learning curve - Like most people would say, you learn a lot of things
Cons
- Put too many twenty somethings together in once place (audit department) just out of, or a couple of years out of uni, obviously with a lack of professional maturity and what you get is quite a stressful work environment - some colleagues haven't got a good grasp for work/life balance, or may get too personal (or take things too personally) with work - Anxiety haha - High staff turnover which is normal for the industry - but seems like management can do better by improving the remuneration package (below market rate) - High staff turnover result in staff being over worked
