Nice group of assessors I worked with. Travelling around the country for assessments was something I enjoyed. Lovely Admin staff
Cons
Self serving management team. Poor pay for the amount of work and size of caseloads. Didn't offer any pay rises or incentives until I told them I wanted to leave. When I eventually did leave there was 0 contact with management in my last 3 weeks, no organization for returning equipment or collecting documents and qualifications. Management turning up to work in a multitude of sports cars while staff criminally underpaid.
