      Management Restructure

      Pros

      There have been many changes within BCTG since June 2023, the management structure being one that has made a vast impact on my employee satisfaction. I feel valued as an employee by not only management but the whole BCTG team. Although my role can be challenging at times, I am supported by management to ensure my welfare is prioritised. There are no closed doors within BCTG, everything is communicated openly to the full team making me feel an integral part of the company.

      Cons

      The future for BCTG is uncertain at present, although I am optimistic BCTG will showcase the immense progress made in order to secure a future for the business.

      All pros have now gone due to senior team.

      Cons

      Spiteful, unfriendly and certainly not a progressive organisation. Bullied by above staff from start of day to end of day.
